The retention ponds smell super bad during warm weather. Not their fault but no good WiFi providers. Could stand to keep up on the roads in park during bad weather Better.
If you don't mind the smell of sewage all year.it's not bad until you pay off home.then they up rent don't do anything to improve park try to get you out . Will not help you out when you need.just offer $1000 on $20,000home try to block you from moving trailor out OWNED BY GREEDY LAWYERS! !!
I don't care what negative things people say about this park, the google reviews had me skeptical while we were going through the application process. I was worried about management being as bad as the reviews made it sound. I am pleasantly surprised at not only how much I love this park and my house but with the management! Every time I need one of them I just shoot them an e-mail and they get back to me within 10 minutes, even if their busy they get back to me the same day. The application process was a little difficult, expected, but they were extremely helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. I absolutely adore them both! They are amazing! As for the sewage smell, it's really not as intense as people make it seem and the area that the park is located in is just beautiful. I love this park.
Outrageous lot rental cost can double home payment if purchasing your home, community upkeep does not meet expectations of rental fees. Most complaints are not or never addressed, there are no play areas for children or family activities. The only consistent is the annual rent increase, this is my opinion only being a second time resident since 1990. This park has definitely changed for the worst since being purchased by Sun Homes.
Love this place that I met the woman of my dreams here. I have been looking for her my whole life.
